Welcome to Death In My Metal, Not In My Streets. This project comes to you as a call to action through visual art, music, and community that stands against the systemic racism that plagues this country. We are of the mind that Black Lives Matter, and seek to uplift the organizations who are working endlessly to support those lives during this time in our communities, and the world.
We are assembling a virtual experience, showcasing interviews from local activists and musicians in the scene, and pre-recorded live sets from a diverse collective of Colorado bands. With that, we have also teamed up with local artists ranging from leather & jewelry makers, visual artists, print makers, & tattoo artists who have donated some of their creations to raise awareness and amass donations. The art sale goes live on 7.16.20, all info on how to purchase items are in the discussion section.
All proceeds of this event will be donated to Black Lives Matter 5280. Thank you all for joining us!
