Viewers feel like they “know” you, which is appealing for consumers. You may have something specifically appealing for your ideal type of customer. For instance, if you source from somewhere local or label items by hand, those are the type of details that are nice to show, as they speak to a certain demographic.

Can you think of spaces that most of your customers have maybe never seen or even know about? What are some of the hands-on, laborious, or even simplest tasks that take place behind the scenes of your company? These things are what make your company what it is — show it off!
